2009 Jason Varitek Celebrity Putt Putt Tournament301 viewsFrom Kim: "My friend Heather and I got there early enough to wait in line and talk to the other people waiting. We were told it was fun to watch but not to expect anything other than good photo ops (which made me happy anyway!!)
We got in to the even and got a great spot by the barrier that separated the spectators from the actual golf course. Jason came out with his assistant and his 3 girls. They hung out at his "33" hole which is near where I was (thank GOD!!). And when it was time to leave and he started not only signing autographs but walking up the line signing more I was SOO excited!! He signed my ticket and we talked for maybe 3 seconds but I was by far the happiest girl alive!! When he was walking back from signing for the fans I called out 'Thank you Jason!" and he looked at me, smiled, nodded and said "Oh you're welcome!" YAY!!"
